Tim & Debbie, along with their daughter Rianna, are serving at the Radical Missionary Training Centre in Tbilisi, Georgia (near the Armenian border). They are currently serving as Trainers and Mentors located in Georgia at the Radical Missionary Training Centre where they are helping train the next generation of missionaries. These training centres primarily concentrate on training missionaries to reach unreached people groups throughout the world. The Vinzani’s currently have a specific group of students they disciple and mentor on a one-on-one basis. Along with acting as team leaders, Tim teaches some classes and Debbie, and her team, provide several meals a week for all the students and their families. Their daughter, Rianna, works with the children of the parents in the program.
They anticipate transitioning to the US in 2026 after they complete their 3-year contract at the Training Centre in Georgia. In the US they will continue to work with the Training Centre, interviewing new students who hope to attend the Centre in Georgia. They will liaison with Pastors and churches for this ministry. They will also return to Georgia to teach for a short time each year. They will continue to mentor past students in Central Asia as they settle on their fields of service. This new ministry role will involve flexibility and travel to facilitate the ministry goals set before them.
