The Elder Board has scheduled a special meeting for Sunday August 9, 2020.
During this meeting, members will receive an update on some key things that have been happening "behind-the-scenes" at Grace Church since March 2020 when we were forced to close our doors because of the COVID-19 pandemic.
This update will concentrate on what our Church Staff and various volunteers (Sound and Visual Media) have been doing to make our Online Church a reality. During this Special Meeting, our Worship Leader ( Steve Kroeker ) will be sharing a proposal regarding the acquisition of some new Visual Media equipment that is urgently needed so that our Church Staff and volunteers (Sound and Visual Media Teams) can continue to prepare and manage Sunday services in the most professional and efficient manner possible.
While respecting the large gathering limit of 50 people, we require a MINIMUM of 40 members to attend this meeting in order to meet our quorum requirements for the discussion and vote of this special proposal.
There is plenty of space in the santuary to have up to 50 people attend the meeting while maintaining proper social distancing.
We will only be able to accept attendance registrations for the first 40 people because we need to reserve 10 spots for the Leadership Team (Elder Board, Trustee Committee and Church Staff) to be in attendance to answer questions from members.
