Our Annual General Meeting will be held on Sunday, November 26 at 6:30pm. We will be voting on the new leadership slate for our upcoming ministry year as well as other important issues.
Copies of the annual report will be in the mailboxes on Sunday. There will also be copies of the revised policies, practices, job descriptions and rules of order available at the Welcome Centre. Pleases take the time to read and educate yourself to what is happening within Grace Church presented in these documents.
In order to better facilitate discussion from the floor at the AGM the elders will be available the next three Sundays to address any concerns you may have before the AGM.
